Job Scheduler
Utilities > Job Scheduler
The job scheduler is used automatically import outside information into TITAN.

Search - search by name

Include Inactive - check to include inactivated job schedules

Reset - click to reset search parameters

Add New Schedule - click to add a new schedule

Name - enter schedule name

Schedule Type - choose the schedule type (Atlas Import, Data Import Template, Financial System,Student Information System)

Import - select the corresponding import based on the selected type

Schedule - select the frequency of the job and complete fields depending on selection
Hour - at M past the hour
Day - at HH:MM
Week - on DAY at HH:MM
Month - on the DATE at HH:MM
Year - on the DATE of MONTH at HH:MM
Source (not pictured, Data Import Template only) - select Ftp
Path (not pictured, Data Import Template only) - enter ftp file path -
Run as User - select the user. Note: The import will run with the selected user's security rights, and the notifications will appear in the selected user's bell.
Active (not pictured, existing schedules only) - toggle active status -
Cancel - click to return to the previous screen without saving changes

Save - click to save changes

Run as User - click to sort by user

Name - click to sort by schedule name

Type - click to sort by template type (Atlas Import, Data Import Template, Financial System,Student Information System)

Schedule - click to sort by schedule

Last Run Date - notice the last run date and time

Next Run Date - notice the next run date and time

Active - sort by active status

Pencil - click to edit job schedule settings. See Step 4 for details.

Refresh Icon - click to manually run the job
